Leisure Beach is a community of about 335 homes, with most having Gulf access. Canals are approximately 150 feet wide and only minutes from the Gulf. The development started in the early 1970' s by Leisure Lands, Inc. with the community bordering on the northern end of Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park. This also makes for excellent boating, kayaking, bird watching and air-boating.
