Civic Association dues are $50.00 ($51.80 if paid by PayPal) and due annually on January 1st (new members are prorated).

There is a NEW on-line payment method through PayPal (see the section to left). The old fashioned way is still available by filling out the form on the right and then send your check and the form to: LBCA, PO Box 5366, Hudson, FL 34674.

This money goes towards many things, including keeping our common areas maintained, meeting costs, staying current on county codes, and newsletters, making this the great place it is to live.
